Last year most property sales in Caerleon involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £182,732. Detached properties sold for an average price of £306,588, while terraced properties fetched £176,373.
Caerleon, with an overall average price of £220,874 was more expensive than nearby Christchurch (£186,321), St. Julians (£143,322) and Beechwood (£161,088).
During the last year, sold prices in Caerleon were similar to the previous year and similar to 2008 when the average house price was £221,575.
