Most of the sales in Canons Park over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £584,445. Flats had an average sold price of £348,036 and terraced properties averaged at £511,727.
Canons Park, with an overall average price of £506,601 was more expensive than nearby Queensbury (£431,286), but was cheaper than Great Stanmore (£585,436) and Stanmore (£625,254).
In the past year house prices in Canons Park were 34% up on the year before and 35% up on 2014 when they averaged at £375,748.
