The majority of sales in Caversham Heights during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £709,219. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £561,863, with flats fetching £279,000.

Caversham Heights, with an overall average price of £563,815 was more expensive than nearby Emmer Green (£474,835), Caversham (£450,631) and Purley On Thames (£448,546).

Overall sold prices in Caversham Heights over the last year were similar to the previous year and 10% up on the 2015 level of £513,920.
