Last year most property sales in Chapel Brampton involved detached properties which sold for on average £450,786. Flats sold for an average price of £159,750, while terraced properties fetched £242,333.
Chapel Brampton, with an overall average price of £310,588 was more expensive than nearby Spratton (£281,294) and Brixworth (£242,747), but was cheaper than Pitsford (£458,290).
During the last year, sold prices in Chapel Brampton were 16% down on the previous year and 27% down on 2012 when the average house price was £427,056.
