Last year most property sales in Chapel Brampton involved detached properties which sold for on average £446,500. Flats sold for an average price of £157,750, while semi-detached properties fetched £252,833.
Chapel Brampton, with an overall average price of £316,333 was more expensive than nearby Spratton (£267,000) and Brixworth (£254,297), but was cheaper than Pitsford (£439,446).
During the last year, sold prices in Chapel Brampton were 11% up on the previous year and 26% down on 2012 when the average house price was £427,056.
