Charnock Richard, with an overall average price of £205,000, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Euxton (£208,644), but was more expensive than Coppull (£138,452) and cheaper than Eccleston (£219,173).
In the past year house prices in Charnock Richard were 17% down on the year before and 30% down on 2008 when they averaged at £292,390.
