Most of the sales in Christchurch over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £171,622. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £127,465 and detached properties averaged at £309,554.
Christchurch, with an overall average price of £185,136 was more expensive than nearby Beechwood (£161,474), St. Julians (£141,842) and Ringland (£127,533).
In the past year house prices in Christchurch were 10% up on the year before and similar to 2014 when they averaged at £184,298.
