Most of the sales in Clapton Common over the past year were flats which on average sold for £392,139. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £745,861 and semi-detached properties averaged at £875,000.
Clapton Common, with an overall average price of £477,294, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Upper Clapton (£477,294), but was cheaper than Clapton (£529,689) and Stamford Hill (£614,672).
In the past year house prices in Clapton Common were 12% up on the year before and 40% up on 2014 when they averaged at £341,575.
