Most of the sales in Clent over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £551,825. Flats had an average sold price of £201,158 and terraced properties averaged at £316,600.
Clent, with an overall average price of £340,645, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Hagley (£357,651), but was cheaper than Broome (£730,000) and Belbroughton (£364,063).
In the past year house prices in Clent were 24% down on the year before and 28% down on 2005 when they averaged at £472,339.
