Most of the sales in Clent over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £545,861. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £244,000 and semi-detached properties averaged at £354,467.
Clent, with an overall average price of £379,460 was more expensive than nearby Hagley (£342,130) and Belbroughton (£272,536), but was cheaper than Broome (£629,286).
In the past year house prices in Clent were 25% up on the year before and 20% down on 2005 when they averaged at £472,339.
