Last year most property sales in Colwyn Bay involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £163,301. Detached properties sold for an average price of £253,810, while flats fetched £130,212.
Colwyn Bay, with an overall average price of £176,097, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Old Colwyn (£178,435), but was cheaper than Rhos-On-Sea (£187,609) and Rhos On Sea (£186,864).
During the last year, sold prices in Colwyn Bay were 3% down on the previous year and 4% up on 2011 when the average house price was £169,991.
