Most of the sales in Comberton over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £297,083. Detached properties had an average sold price of £511,000 and semi-detached properties averaged at £347,400.
Comberton, with an overall average price of £367,323 was more expensive than nearby Hardwick (£301,719) and Coton (£158,067), but was cheaper than Barton (£525,000).
In the past year house prices in Comberton were 11% down on the year before and 3% up on 2007 when they averaged at £356,927.
