Most of the sales in Coney Hall over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £580,925. Detached properties had an average sold price of £754,757 and flats averaged at £253,348.
Coney Hall, with an overall average price of £554,229, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby West Wickham (£545,382) and Hayes (£564,028), but was cheaper than Park Langley (£943,517).
In the past year house prices in Coney Hall were 16% up on the year before and 22% up on 2014 when they averaged at £456,003.
