Most of the sales in Coney Hall over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £581,754. Flats had an average sold price of £250,572 and detached properties averaged at £773,362.
Coney Hall, with an overall average price of £534,748, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby West Wickham (£551,042) and Hayes (£529,084), but was cheaper than Park Langley (£966,197).
In the past year house prices in Coney Hall were similar to the year before and 14% up on 2015 when they averaged at £467,233.
