Last year most property sales in Coombe Dingle involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £324,183. Detached properties sold for an average price of £527,500, while terraced properties fetched £260,958.
Coombe Dingle, with an overall average price of £350,837 was more expensive than nearby Sea Mills (£308,479) and Henbury (£254,741), but was cheaper than Stoke Bishop (£582,983).
During the last year, sold prices in Coombe Dingle were 11% down on the previous year and 9% up on 2014 when the average house price was £322,231.
