Corwen, with an overall average price of £112,091, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Cynwyd (£116,125), but was cheaper than Druid (£240,000) and Carrog (£255,000).
During the last year, sold prices in Corwen were 37% down on the previous year and 32% down on 2013 when the average house price was £165,719.
