Crawley Down, with an overall average price of £440,079, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Turners Hill (£457,000), but was more expensive than Copthorne (£391,054) and cheaper than Felbridge (£533,066).
Overall sold prices in Crawley Down over the last year were 12% up on the previous year and 7% up on the 2014 level of £412,592.
