Most of the sales in Cronton over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £419,994. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £190,445 and terraced properties averaged at £179,000.
Cronton, with an overall average price of £299,192 was more expensive than nearby Widnes (£169,362), Penketh (£174,932) and Great Sankey (£196,202).
In the past year house prices in Cronton were 5% down on the year before and 7% up on 2014 when they averaged at £280,648.
