The majority of sales in Cuddington during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £338,012. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £189,861, with terraced properties fetching £167,015.
Cuddington, with an overall average price of £258,750, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Sandiway (£256,805), but was more expensive than Weaverham (£177,903) and cheaper than Norley (£670,727).
Overall sold prices in Cuddington over the last year were 12% down on the previous year and 10% down on the 2014 level of £286,863.
