The majority of sales in Cuddington during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £337,282. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £216,115, with terraced properties fetching £155,850.
Cuddington, with an overall average price of £288,822, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Sandiway (£280,912), but was more expensive than Weaverham (£163,436) and cheaper than Norley (£444,926).
Overall sold prices in Cuddington over the last year were similar to the previous year and similar to the 2014 level of £286,863.
