Last year most property sales in Dollis Hill involved flats which sold for on average £391,208. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £618,465, while semi-detached properties fetched £922,600.
Dollis Hill, with an overall average price of £526,360 was more expensive than nearby Neasden (£399,554), but was cheaper than Willesden Green (£660,006) and Cricklewood (£650,133).
During the last year, sold prices in Dollis Hill were similar to the previous year and 16% up on 2014 when the average house price was £454,037.
