The majority of sales in Drayton during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £510,250. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £305,813, with terraced properties fetching £264,583.
Drayton, with an overall average price of £385,983 was more expensive than nearby Marcham (£357,072), but was cheaper than Sutton Courtenay (£442,572) and Steventon (£487,680).
Overall sold prices in Drayton over the last year were similar to the previous year and similar to the 2014 level of £379,599.
