The majority of sales in Duporth during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £416,857. Flats sold for an average of £191,600, with terraced properties fetching £173,500.
Duporth, with an overall average price of £287,305 was more expensive than nearby St. Austell (£202,228), Charlestown (£248,179) and Pentewan (£174,400).
Overall sold prices in Duporth over the last year were 4% down on the previous year and 22% down on the 2006 level of £370,204.
There were only 18 properties sold in the last year, therefore, the average prices may only reflect the mix of properties sold, rather than changes in the local market itself.
