The majority of sales in Duporth during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £208,628. Detached properties sold for an average of £314,413, with terraced properties fetching £230,000.
Duporth, with an overall average price of £245,231, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Gorran Churchtown (£250,785), but was more expensive than St. Austell (£191,392) and cheaper than Charlestown (£260,974).
Overall sold prices in Duporth over the last year were 20% down on the previous year and 34% down on the 2006 level of £370,204.
