The majority of sales in Duporth during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £385,858. Flats sold for an average of £206,899, with terraced properties fetching £230,000.
Duporth, with an overall average price of £287,607 was more expensive than nearby St. Austell (£192,464), Charlestown (£261,925) and Gorran Churchtown (£267,340).
Overall sold prices in Duporth over the last year were 6% down on the previous year and 22% down on the 2006 level of £370,204.
