The majority of sales in Duporth during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £318,357. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £254,333, with flats fetching £192,983.
Duporth, with an overall average price of £269,230 was more expensive than nearby St. Austell (£192,967) and Charlestown (£216,211), but was cheaper than Pentewan (£287,000).
Overall sold prices in Duporth over the last year were 10% down on the previous year and 27% down on the 2006 level of £370,204.
There were only 15 properties sold in the last year, therefore, the average prices may only reflect the mix of properties sold, rather than changes in the local market itself.
