The majority of sales in Duporth during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £320,000. Flats sold for an average of £194,250, with semi-detached properties fetching £174,583.
Duporth, with an overall average price of £241,132, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Charlestown (£245,446), but was more expensive than St. Austell (£198,702) and cheaper than Pentewan (£259,333).
Overall sold prices in Duporth over the last year were 21% down on the previous year and 35% down on the 2006 level of £370,204.
There were only 17 properties sold in the last year, therefore, the average prices may only reflect the mix of properties sold, rather than changes in the local market itself.
