Most of the sales in East Leake over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £281,408. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £184,052 and terraced properties averaged at £189,871.
East Leake, with an overall average price of £235,260 was more expensive than nearby Gotham (£221,075), but was cheaper than Bunny (£290,111) and Bradmore (£403,850).
In the past year house prices in East Leake were 3% down on the year before and 6% up on 2011 when they averaged at £221,139.
