Last year most property sales in Eltham involved terraced properties which sold for on average £403,542. Flats sold for an average price of £269,550, while semi-detached properties fetched £489,212.
Eltham, with an overall average price of £405,347 was more expensive than nearby New Eltham (£380,174) and Avery Hill (£363,035), but was cheaper than Kidbrooke (£489,073).
During the last year, sold prices in Eltham were 6% up on the previous year and 26% up on 2014 when the average house price was £321,486.
