Last year most property sales in Enfield involved terraced properties which sold for on average £400,735. Flats sold for an average price of £282,560, while semi-detached properties fetched £576,801.
Enfield, with an overall average price of £405,813 was cheaper than nearby Haringey (£571,943), Barnet (£585,463) and Islington (£734,860). The priciest area within Enfield was Hadley Wood (£1,068,599) and the least expensive was Enfield Lock (£254,612).
During the last year, sold prices in Enfield were 12% up on the previous year and 32% up on 2013 when the average house price was £307,043.
