Last year most property sales in Enfield involved flats which sold for on average £250,035. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £362,054, while semi-detached properties fetched £528,510.
Enfield, with an overall average price of £373,937 was cheaper than nearby Haringey (£528,429), Barnet (£559,554) and Islington (£692,892). The priciest area within Enfield was Hadley Wood (£1,069,568) and the least expensive was Enfield Lock (£230,578).
During the last year, sold prices in Enfield were 13% up on the previous year and 27% up on 2012 when the average house price was £293,836.
