Last year most property sales in Enfield involved flats which sold for on average £229,134. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £337,014, while semi-detached properties fetched £511,743.
Enfield, with an overall average price of £346,664 was cheaper than nearby Haringey (£523,652), Barnet (£548,626) and Islington (£680,521). The priciest area within Enfield was Hadley Wood (£997,512) and the least expensive was Enfield Lock (£218,484).
During the last year, sold prices in Enfield were 13% up on the previous year and 18% up on 2012 when the average house price was £293,836.
