Ewenny, with an overall average price of £390,500 was more expensive than nearby Corntown (£299,000) and St. Brides Major (£359,650), but was cheaper than Colwinston (£481,994).
During the last year, sold prices in Ewenny were 24% up on the previous year and 26% down on 2006 when the average house price was £525,000.
