Most of the sales in Faircross over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £400,045. Flats had an average sold price of £200,354 and semi-detached properties averaged at £469,400.
Faircross, with an overall average price of £324,380 was more expensive than nearby Barking (£286,018), but was cheaper than Upney Lane Hospital (£364,110) and Upney (£388,249).
In the past year house prices in Faircross were 26% up on the year before and 41% up on 2011 when they averaged at £229,309.
