The majority of sales in Farndon during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £361,345. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £177,440, with terraced properties fetching £144,500.
Farndon, with an overall average price of £290,661, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Pulford (£292,100), but was cheaper than Tattenhall (£405,991) and Malpas (£338,062).
Overall sold prices in Farndon over the last year were 13% down on the previous year and 4% down on the 2005 level of £302,857.
