The majority of sales in Fishbourne during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £463,623. Terraced properties sold for an average of £311,938, with semi-detached properties fetching £385,563.
Fishbourne, with an overall average price of £395,192, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Chichester (£375,486), but was more expensive than Lavant (£361,445) and cheaper than Bosham (£518,882).
Overall sold prices in Fishbourne over the last year were 22% up on the previous year and 8% up on the 2014 level of £364,260.
