Last year most property sales in Frenchay involved detached properties which sold for on average £531,062. Flats sold for an average price of £215,072, while terraced properties fetched £322,048.
Frenchay, with an overall average price of £386,366, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Frenchay Common (£391,981), but was more expensive than Stapleton (£279,405) and Stoke Park (£301,154).
During the last year, sold prices in Frenchay were 19% up on the previous year and 37% up on 2014 when the average house price was £281,080.
