Most of the sales in Fulford over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £252,429. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £251,858 and detached properties averaged at £421,423.
Fulford, with an overall average price of £265,038, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby York (£261,756), but was more expensive than Acomb (£212,152) and cheaper than Bishopthorpe (£305,870).
In the past year house prices in Fulford were similar to the year before and 12% up on 2013 when they averaged at £236,336.
