Last year most property sales in Fulwood involved detached properties which sold for on average £518,605. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £358,716, while flats fetched £195,463.
Fulwood, with an overall average price of £392,278 was more expensive than nearby Crosspool (£289,470), Ecclesall (£302,359) and Stannington (£186,378).
During the last year, sold prices in Fulwood were 20% up on the previous year and 29% up on 2012 when the average house price was £305,250.
