Most of the sales in Gants Hill over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £503,612. Flats had an average sold price of £271,728 and semi-detached properties averaged at £575,776.
Gants Hill, with an overall average price of £428,906, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Fullwell Cross (£435,306), but was more expensive than Ilford (£400,131) and Aldborough Hatch (£390,737).
In the past year house prices in Gants Hill were 7% up on the year before and 24% up on 2014 when they averaged at £347,175.
