Most of the sales in Gants Hill over the past year were flats which on average sold for £290,507. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £486,304 and semi-detached properties averaged at £568,406.
Gants Hill, with an overall average price of £417,906, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Fullwell Cross (£421,953), but was more expensive than Ilford (£395,185) and Aldborough Hatch (£372,749).
In the past year house prices in Gants Hill were 6% up on the year before and 20% up on 2014 when they averaged at £347,175.
