Most of the sales in Gnosall over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £287,648. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £154,386 and terraced properties averaged at £161,492.
Gnosall, with an overall average price of £226,564, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Eccleshall (£229,454), but was more expensive than Stafford (£187,308) and cheaper than Dunston Heath (£316,000).
In the past year house prices in Gnosall were 6% up on the year before and 8% up on 2013 when they averaged at £210,254.
