Most of the sales in Gnosall over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £273,636. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £146,438 and terraced properties averaged at £144,283.
Gnosall, with an overall average price of £214,217, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Eccleshall (£222,248), but was more expensive than Stafford (£179,550) and cheaper than Dunston Heath (£352,000).
In the past year house prices in Gnosall were 3% down on the year before and similar to 2013 when they averaged at £210,254.
