Gwbert, with an overall average price of £210,750, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Aberporth (£204,073), but was more expensive than Cardigan (£175,000) and cheaper than Tresaith (£308,750).
In the past year house prices in Gwbert were 8% up on the year before and 37% down on 2011 when they averaged at £334,750.
