Most of the sales in Hainault over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £388,105. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £428,452 and flats averaged at £255,310.
Hainault, with an overall average price of £384,488 was more expensive than nearby Little Heath (£291,928), but was cheaper than Fairlop (£404,252) and Barkingside (£413,626).
In the past year house prices in Hainault were 10% up on the year before and 38% up on 2014 when they averaged at £279,437.
