Most of the sales in Halesowen over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £179,205. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £147,467 and detached properties averaged at £257,477.
Halesowen, with an overall average price of £177,349 was more expensive than nearby Cradley Heath (£143,051), Rowley Regis (£135,921) and Bartley Green (£123,708).
In the past year house prices in Halesowen were similar to the year before and 14% up on 2014 when they averaged at £155,145.
