The majority of sales in Harold Wood during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £404,727. Terraced properties sold for an average of £381,249, with flats fetching £267,044.

Harold Wood, with an overall average price of £366,149, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Ardleigh Green (£370,047), but was more expensive than Harold Park (£316,560) and Harold Hill (£291,580).

Overall sold prices in Harold Wood over the last year were 17% up on the previous year and 42% up on the 2013 level of £257,479.
