The majority of sales in Heath Hayes during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £208,859. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £129,841, with terraced properties fetching £123,679.
Heath Hayes, with an overall average price of £155,656, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Cannock (£151,235), but was more expensive than Hednesford (£136,275) and Norton Canes (£145,303).
Overall sold prices in Heath Hayes over the last year were 4% up on the previous year and similar to the 2007 level of £158,858.
