Last year most property sales in Higham involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £325,713. Detached properties sold for an average price of £646,309, while terraced properties fetched £321,200.
Higham, with an overall average price of £401,776 was more expensive than nearby Cliffe Woods (£344,563) and Wainscott (£277,823), but was cheaper than Shorne (£574,583).
During the last year, sold prices in Higham were 11% up on the previous year and 23% up on 2015 when the average house price was £327,243.
