Last year most property sales in Higham involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £319,872. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £316,885, while detached properties fetched £603,857.
Higham, with an overall average price of £356,974 was more expensive than nearby Cliffe Woods (£300,204) and Wainscott (£289,811), but was cheaper than Shorne (£519,450).
During the last year, sold prices in Higham were similar to the previous year and 10% up on 2013 when the average house price was £325,049.
