Highclere, with an overall average price of £576,615, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Woolton Hill (£572,034), but was more expensive than Newbury (£350,742) and cheaper than Burghclere (£723,161).
During the last year, sold prices in Highclere were 5% down on the previous year and 45% down on 2014 when the average house price was £1,058,000.
