Highclere, with an overall average price of £647,334 was more expensive than nearby Newbury (£321,878) and Burghclere (£474,700), but was cheaper than Woolton Hill (£780,458).
During the last year, sold prices in Highclere were 18% down on the previous year and 23% down on 2011 when the average house price was £844,667.
