Most of the sales in Huby over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £436,800. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £392,500 and semi-detached properties averaged at £420,000.
Huby, with an overall average price of £435,222, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Bramhope (£436,521), but was more expensive than Pool In Wharfedale (£302,282) and Harewood (£262,999).
In the past year house prices in Huby were 6% up on the year before and 57% down on 2008 when they averaged at £1,007,667.
