Last year most property sales in Hullbridge involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £290,868. Detached properties sold for an average price of £411,975, while flats fetched £142,500.
Hullbridge, with an overall average price of £322,500, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby South Woodham Ferrers (£319,621), but was cheaper than Hockley (£400,808) and Battlesbridge (£590,000).
During the last year, sold prices in Hullbridge were 11% up on the previous year and 18% up on 2014 when the average house price was £273,040.
