The majority of sales in Hurley during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £203,750. Terraced properties sold for an average of £135,650, with detached properties fetching £305,833.
Hurley, with an overall average price of £201,482 was more expensive than nearby Tamworth (£187,029), Kingsbury (£181,782) and Dordon (£146,638).
Overall sold prices in Hurley over the last year were 20% up on the previous year and 21% down on the 2005 level of £254,279.
There were only 11 properties sold in the last year, therefore, the average prices may only reflect the mix of properties sold, rather than changes in the local market itself.
