Most of the sales in Ingleton over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £147,995. Detached properties had an average sold price of £305,400 and semi-detached properties averaged at £167,667.
Ingleton, with an overall average price of £189,547 was more expensive than nearby Bentham (£176,744), but was cheaper than Caton (£213,886) and Halton (£204,271).
In the past year house prices in Ingleton were similar to the year before and 10% down on 2007 when they averaged at £209,509.
