Most of the sales in Kings Sutton over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £488,818. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £262,222 and terraced properties averaged at £271,650.
Kings Sutton, with an overall average price of £375,219 was more expensive than nearby Middleton Cheney (£337,236), but was cheaper than Wales (£451,289) and Adderbury (£465,587).
In the past year house prices in Kings Sutton were 12% up on the year before and 22% up on 2014 when they averaged at £306,485.
