Most of the sales in Kingsbury over the past year were flats which on average sold for £341,982. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £532,366 and terraced properties averaged at £501,943.
Kingsbury, with an overall average price of £436,649, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Kingsbury Green (£436,653) and Roe Green Village (£432,476), but was cheaper than Preston (£572,273).
In the past year house prices in Kingsbury were 14% up on the year before and 8% up on 2015 when they averaged at £405,220.
