Most of the sales in Kingsbury over the past year were flats which on average sold for £343,636. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £560,323 and terraced properties averaged at £488,479.
Kingsbury, with an overall average price of £427,808 was more expensive than nearby Kingsbury Green (£402,762) and Roe Green Village (£402,783), but was cheaper than Preston (£489,755).
In the past year house prices in Kingsbury were 7% up on the year before and 41% up on 2011 when they averaged at £302,431.
