Most of the sales in Kirk Ella over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £235,286. Detached properties had an average sold price of £331,343 and flats averaged at £101,994.
Kirk Ella, with an overall average price of £254,921 was more expensive than nearby Willerby (£180,959) and Anlaby (£190,149), but was cheaper than Swanland (£325,278).
In the past year house prices in Kirk Ella were 3% up on the year before and similar to 2012 when they averaged at £258,347.
