Most of the sales in Leicester Forest East over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £307,788. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £177,086 and terraced properties averaged at £166,264.
Leicester Forest East, with an overall average price of £241,384 was more expensive than nearby Thorpe Astley (£180,722) and Braunstone (£156,452), but was cheaper than Kirby Muxloe (£287,441).
In the past year house prices in Leicester Forest East were 5% up on the year before and 12% up on 2014 when they averaged at £215,352.
