Most of the sales in Little Aston over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £850,731. Flats had an average sold price of £275,845 and semi-detached properties averaged at £353,641.
Little Aston, with an overall average price of £675,268 was more expensive than nearby Streetly (£331,792), Aldridge (£260,610) and Four Oaks (£409,611).
In the past year house prices in Little Aston were 8% up on the year before and 4% up on 2015 when they averaged at £646,314.
