Most of the sales in Liversedge over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £138,500. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £112,884 and detached properties averaged at £224,093.
Liversedge, with an overall average price of £148,648 was more expensive than nearby Heckmondwike (£116,985) and Cleckheaton (£138,576), but was cheaper than Roberttown (£164,190).
In the past year house prices in Liversedge were similar to the year before and similar to 2007 when they averaged at £150,100.
