Most of the sales in Liversedge over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £135,110. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £112,598 and detached properties averaged at £226,925.
Liversedge, with an overall average price of £140,993 was more expensive than nearby Heckmondwike (£119,902) and Cleckheaton (£132,757), but was cheaper than Roberttown (£148,094).
In the past year house prices in Liversedge were 15% down on the year before and 6% down on 2007 when they averaged at £150,100.
