The majority of sales in Llangadog during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £246,661. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £159,000, with terraced properties fetching £179,551.
Llangadog, with an overall average price of £204,378, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Llandeilo (£198,957), but was more expensive than Llandovery (£157,085) and cheaper than Llanwrda (£237,500).
Overall sold prices in Llangadog over the last year were 4% up on the previous year and 9% down on the 2013 level of £225,667.
