The majority of sales in Llangollen during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £134,850. Detached properties sold for an average of £333,000, with semi-detached properties fetching £166,409.
Llangollen, with an overall average price of £190,604 was more expensive than nearby Carrog (£165,000) and Llandegla (£170,937), but was cheaper than Bryneglwys (£201,500).
Overall sold prices in Llangollen over the last year were 6% down on the previous year and 7% down on the 2008 level of £204,983.
